Our building team have been doing basement conversions, new builds and lofts in London and Kent for over ten years.

Having gained experience with several major companies, working on a range of projects to the highest standard.

We undertake building and development works, specialising in new buildand extensions, including small cellar conversions.

Successful conversions of smaller basements and vaults earned the company a reputation for providing clients with much needed space from otherwise unused areas.

The growing need for space, particularly within the Capital, led to the construction of increasingly larger and more innovative basements and we have been pioneers in many of the methods used today.

We have become experts in identifying what our clients need and managing designing and constructing to satisfy.
